International Orders

All international orders are placed at the buyer’s risk. Novatide Laboratories does not take responsibility for issues related to international shipments, including customs seizures, delays, or lost packages.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us for further assistance.
